From Module 2 onward, every learner follows one of two tracks — Bridge (for Arts/Humanities/Science) or Commerce (for those who studied Accountancy/Business Studies/Economics) — both reaching the same job-ready destination.
Every module ends in a gateway deliverable applied to your real job, scored on a clear rubric. The arc runs Competence → Visibility → Influence.
Modular and high-touch: leaders take the core first, then select electives that match the decisions in front of them. Each masterclass is paired with confidential 1:1 advisory on a real, live situation. (A Tax as a Strategic Lever elective is available as an optional add-on.)
